Not Much

Well, I do feel bad.. I have nothing to report.
We have just been hanging out doing nothing.
Its been pretty hot lately, we had one day of rain to cool off, but thats about it.

I do have a little but of bad news to post here. It really got to me. Its not a happy ending.

There was a 16 year old, mentally challenged girl, named Kimmie Daily that was murdered in South Hill (Puyallup,WA) last monday. She was found less than a mile from where my mom lives. It's a very sad story.
I wont be posting the gory details, but this is a link (click the word link) to when she first went missing and there are plenty more stories about it.

Its a very sad story and I just wanted to share her story and please say a little prayer for her family.
RIP Kimmie Daily

But I will leave you this adorable picture of Dylan though :)

Camping 101

It's been at least 12 years or even more since the last time I went camping.

Pitching a tent
roasting marshmallows
making mud pies
and genuine family time :)

the memories...

Dylan experienced his first camping trip. He was a total pro at it to! I was so proud!
There was so many places to choose from but we waited to long to reserve something so we ended up to all the way to Ocean Shores, WA. It ended up being really nice. It was a nice break to have some over cast weather and nothing scorching hot.

This little place thats actually 22 mins north of Ocean Shores.
Its run by a husband and wife and you can totally tell they grew up in the hippy times.
We got their "best" site. It was all the way in the back in the corner :)
Campsite #16

He's set :)

Then we put him to work.. got to start them young.. HA HA

** Dont worry he did not drink it. He was bringing it to me and I love his smile!!!

Whats a boy camping with out a dirty face?
Molly girl enjoying the warm fire

We went to the beach and Dylan saw the ocean for the first time. Also a bunch of horses too. He thought it was pretty cool.

We bought a kite.. and of course the second day there was no wind..
so it lasted about 5.2 mins.. and that was it.

The tide finally caught up to us... Dylans reaction.. LOL

By the end of the trip this is what teddy looked like
Dont worry, he got washed :)

Great Wolf Lodge

SERIOUSLY ITS BEEN 24 DAYS SINCE MY LAST BLOG!!! -- ha ha

Well I can tell you its been a busy week.
For starts Trevor turned 25 on the 25th of July.
'Happy Birthday Trevor'
That following Monday we went to the Great Wolf Lodge and then we went camping! Dylan experienced his first camping trip and I'll tell you it was a SUCCESS!! :) Ill have a different blog for that later.. GWL was sooo AWESOME!!!
The only thing is that my battery died in my camera...
And guess who forgot her charger?!?!
But I had time to get my battery and charge it for the camping trip, I got plenty of pictures to share! :)
So I have a few pictures from my phone!
We went on all the rides... not dylan cause he wasn't tall enough and he didn't understand it.. but he sure had fun!

I believe they said 340,000 gallons of water is constantly going. 9-9. Every day. This main part of it has two sides you go down and slide down. As you can see there is a big bucket on the top...the big bucket would fill up and dump out.. Dylan loved it from outside in the lobby.. but when we first got in there he was SCARED! He eventually didn't mind it on the second day and actually climbed through the obstacle while it fell down... with me there of course.. :) Then there are 4 other slides that you get on bigger intertubes .. it was so much fun!!! The Tornado was pretty awesome! Its all dark and you make a pretty decent drop into a tornado shaped cone and its all bright there and you slide on the tube back and forth with bumps and stuff. They also have a huge wave pool... another 4 ft pool with things to climb on and basket ball hoops. They had an outside "tadpole" pool which Dylan really loved cause he would stand on the water fountains and thought it was funny!!! The website as a lot of information so check it out!
It was 11 pm and he was hanging out with the Candy Bear.
I asked him if he wanted to get something to eat... His reaction... "NOO!!!"

Cousin Lily and him watching the people swim while we took a break :)
Admiring the Water Park
We were watching a little Clock Tower Show

I really wish I had my camera.. I would of had a blast with the pictures like I always do:( But at least I got something...
We all had to wear bracelets for our room key/ to use the water park... Dylan still has his bracelet on.. he wont let me take it off. Its quite cute. He see's mom and dad wearing little bracelets and he wants one. Its very cute!

Camping trip blog coming soon! :)
